On entering there is a sitting room with a downstairs bedroom off it with air conditioning. To the rear of the sitting room is a second room that would make a nice dining room, then to the left is a kitchen which is in need of upgrading. There is then access outside where a few steps lead up to a sun terrace with fabulous views over the roof tops then to the olive filled hills and surrounding countryside. On the lower level of the outside area there is a shower room and a separate wc. Steps then lead down to a large courtyard with a wood store area and a storage area which leads under the house. There is then access to a lovely garden area which could house a pool if desired. This could be a fabulous area.
Stairs in the sitting room lead up to the first floor where there are three good sized bedrooms.
This is a good solid property with fantastic outside space. It does need some updating however this is reflected in the price.
Rute is a larger Town yet unspoiled less than one hour from Malaga and offers a whole host of bars, restaurants and shops, famous for its Jamon and anis along with the Chocolate factory to which people from across Spain travel every year to see the famous nativity scene. Iznajar is right next to Rute and is thought to be one of the prettiest white villages in Spain with its stunning lake and beach areas. Malaga airport is less than an hour away from Rute along with Granada city.
