Ground floor

Behind the front door is a medium-sized porch, behind which is an authentic door with French windows leading into the home's entrance hall. The large living room is accessed through the hall. All the floors in the house are rustic tiles, with two stone rugs in the living room to distinguish the dining room from the living room. The spacious living room has beautiful high ceilings with decorative borders, is completely white plastered and, in addition to two large windows, has French doors, including a modern screen door, leading out to the terrace. Of course, all windows are double-glazed and fitted with blinds to protect from the summer heat.

At the end of the living room is the large rustic-style kitchen, which includes a fireplace and modern integrated appliances, such as an electric oven and induction cooker (both still under warranty).

The laundry room, with dishwasher, washing machine (with warranty) and dryer, is accessed through the kitchen. It has large windows (with solar control and shades) overlooking the lake, which makes doing laundry a pleasure.Through the laundry room you reach the second bathroom of the house, recently renovated (January 2024). Completely new furniture including a luxurious shower.

The jewel of this house is undoubtedly the immense terrace. On the terrace there is an outdoor kitchen with a large dining table to enjoy long dinners. There are sufficient sockets (newly installed) for outdoor lighting. For now there is a professional mobile pool (2023), but it is possible to dig a permanent pool (3x2m) in the terrace.

On the other side of the living room there is a double bedroom.

First floor:

The spacious hall on the upper floor is accessed via a marble staircase. There are three bedrooms on this floor.The spacious master bedroom has a French balcony and built-in wardrobes.
